The Chincoteague Decoy Carvers and Artist Association present the 22nd

Chincoteague Island Decoy and Art Festival held Labor Day Weekend at the Chincoteague Community Center,6155 Community Drive Chincoteague Island, Virginia on Saturday September 1, 2012 from 9AM to 5PM and Sunday September 2, 2012 from 10AM to 4PM Admission $3.00 or Weekend pass $5.00 children under 12 free w/adult. There will be over 40 exhibitors displaying Decoy Carvings, Wildlife Paintings, Fine Arts, Photography, Jewelry, and carving and art supplies. New this year we will have Joe Engers to assist in appraisals and identification of decoys. There will be food for sale drinks hot dogs crab cakes and bake goods. There will be supervised children actives on Saturday and Sunday for children 12 and under from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.. There will also be several items for raffle. The proceeds from the raffle goes to the Chincoteague Decoy Carvers and Artist Association's College Scholarship Fund.
