Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital and Riverside Shore Cardiopulmonary Wellness would like to announce their 12^th Annual Run For Heart 5K Run/Walk.  This event, which runs in conjunction with the Onancock Harbor Fest, will be on Saturday, September 8, 2012.  Registration for the event prior to September 6^th is $25 and after the 6^th and on race day will be $35.  Registration will begin at 7:15 a.m. on race day at the Onancock High School and the race will begin at 8:00 a.m.  All proceeds for this event will stay local and help support Heart Healthy events on the Eastern Shore.  Registration forms can be picked up at Little Italy in Nassawadox and Cardiopulmonary Rehab in Onley and Nassawadox.  Please call 414-8320 with questions.
