Mrs. Willisy Evans Tull, 90, wife of the late Rayfield Tull and a resident of Quinby, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019, at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox. A native of Hallwood, she was the daughter of the late Samuel H. Evans and the late Delcenia Bailey Evans. She was a member of Smith Chapel United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Samuel Neil Miles and Amie, of Quinby; sister, Hilda Downing, of Birdsnest; two grandsons, Benjamin Raphael Miles and his wife, Billie Jean, of Onley, and Clifford Neil Miles and his wife, Andua, of Keller; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Clifford Miles, and sister, Dorothy Marie Evans. A graveside service was conducted Monday, July 22, 2019, at Wachapreague Cemetery with the Rev. Curtis D.
