Ms. Debrah Kay Taylor, 56, of Sanford, passed away July 4, 2019, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan. 1, 1963, in Pound, Va., she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Clara Bell Perry. Ms. Taylor worked for Shore Seafood in Saxis.
Ms. Taylor is survived by her significant other, Travis Marshall; a son, William C. Taylor Jr. and wife, Sabrina, of Hunting Creek; four daughters, Tori Renee Taylor and husband, Michael Dickerson, of Oklahoma, Krista Clara Marie Taylor and husband, Berl Colona, of Oak Hall, Lori “Shelly” Michelle Payton and husband, Charles, of Parksley, and Alexis Kay Piper; two sisters, Shirley Tilghman, of Parksley, and Carolyn Mullins, of Pound, Va.; two brothers, Henry Perry, of Parksley, and Gary Perry, of Painter; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Other than her husband, William Clarence Taylor Sr., and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Willie, Charlie, Leonard and Conley Perry; and a sister, Clara Jane Perry.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 14, 2019, at 2 p.m. from the Thornton Funeral Home with Pastor Freddie Ward officiating.
Arrangements were made by the Thornton Funeral Home in Parksley.
