Ms. Mary Julia Christian, better known as Julie, 53, a resident of Exmore, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at her residence. A native of Exmore, she was the daughter of the late Rupert Christian and the late Evelyn Harrison Christian. She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and a member of Exmore Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sister, Susan Jane Christian, of Exmore; stepdaughter, Sheverron Lavone Kratochvil of Exmore; three step-granddaughters, Dawn Mears, Mariah Kratochvil, and Selbie Kratochvil, all of Exmore; aunt, Lena Jo Condon, of Clarksburg, N.J.; and uncle, Frederick Harrison, of Franklin, W.V.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019, at Doughty Funeral Home with the Rev. Jonathan Carpenter officiating. Interment followed in Belle Haven Cemetery.
