Mrs. Jacqueline Lee Baldwin, 89, wife of the late Dr. Robert Edmund Baldwin and a resident of Belle Haven, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock. A native of Belle Vernon, Pa., she was the daughter of the late John Stuart Gaul and the late Myrtle Gaul. She was a retired schoolteacher for Accomack County Public Schools, a Girl Scout leader, and a volunteer for the Citizens for a Better Eastern Shore bike tour. She loved quilting, making many for her family, as well as working with the Ladies of Belle Haven United Methodist Church, where she was a member, making quilts for the church bazaars. Mrs. Baldwin was an avid gardener and, along with her husband, Bob, enjoyed growing many varieties of roses, vegetables and other flowers. She also enjoyed fishing, the beach, and baking all kinds of cookies for the holidays to give to friends and family.

She is survived by two daughters, Laura Lee Goldstein and her husband, William, and Roberta Baldwin, both of Jamesville; two grandsons, Zachary Baldwin Webb and Luke Garrett Webb, both of Accomac; a granddog, Sable; a grandcat, Pat; a sister, Constance Jane Ceccarelli and her husband, Lou, of Belle Vernon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverside Shore Cancer Center, P.O. Box 430, Onancock, VA 23417.
