Ms. Jo Lynn Parks, 56, of Parksley, passed away on May 10, 2020, at her residence.
Born on June 2, 1963, in Nassawadox, she is the daughter of Herman Parks, of Parksley, and the late Donna McAllister Parks.
Jo Lynn was a nurse, a shopkeeper, and owned her own business. She loved classic arcade games, movies, making jewelry, and caring for her animals.
Other than her father, Jo Lynn is survived by a daughter, Kristen Mosley and husband, Amir, of Buckingham, Va.; a brother, Wayne Parks, of Parksley; and a sister-in-law, Sandra Parks.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
Arrangements are by the Thornton Funeral Home in Parksley.
