Accomack Grand Jury: New Church Man, Woman, Indicted on Robbery Charges

A grand jury meeting in Accomac on Monday, Oct. 5, returned indictments agains a New Church man charged in connection with robberies at three Accomack County stores.
Jarell Edward Corbin, 32, of New Church, was indicted on charges of robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a robbery, and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon in connection with incidents on March 23, 2019, at a Shore Stop in Accomac; Feb. 7, 2020, at a Dollar General in Oak Hall; and March 26, 2020, at a Corner Mart in Oak Hall.
Heather Renee Corbin, 32, of New Church, also was indicted on charges of robbery in connection with the incidents. In two incidents, Heather Corbin was charged with robbing individuals of cash and cigarettes; in the Feb. 7 incident, she was charged with robbing an individual of cash.
The grand jury also indicted:
Keith Dale Lilliston, 51, of Onancock, malicious maiming, property destruction in an Aug. 9 incident
Demarco Montell Moore, 38, of Newport News, malicious bodily injury, assault and battery of a family or household member in a Nov. 4, 2019, incident
Joseph Kelly Ryan Roach, no age given, of Parksley, possession of Percocet, possession of diazepam, possession of marijuana in an April 18 incident
Gary Lee Tyler, 51, of Onancock, robbery, larceny from the person, disorderly conduct in a June 9 incident
Austin Lee White, no age given, of Elizabeth City, N.C., possession of fentanyl, possession of heroin in a March 25 incident
Aubrey Jamari Grimes, 26, of Norfolk, assault and battery of a police officer in connection with an April 8 incident involving a Virginia State Police trooper
Donald Darnell Peed Jr., 25, of Painter, assault and battery of a police officer in connection with a May 2 incident involving Sgt. G. Bennett of the Onley Police Department
Joel Nathaniel Miller, 30, of Cashville, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with a July 16 incident
James Eugene Dolan, 26, of Parksley, strangulation of another in connection with a May 28 incident
Antwine Maurice Savage, 36, of Wilmington, Del., possession of phencyclidine in connection with an April 17 incident
James Kirk Taylor, 42, of Greenbackville, felony shoplifting in connection with a Jan. 1 incident at Walmart in Onley
Daniel Brian Cornelius, 35, of Wallops Island, strangulation of another in connection with a June 20 incident
Cheyanne Rene Simpson, 22, of Exmore, malicious maiming in connection with an Aug. 1 incident
David Tyler Nalls, 28, of Belle Haven, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with a July 31 incident
Walter Leon Ayres III, 29, of Parksley, possession with intent to distribute oxycodone
KiDarius Monte Smith, 20, of Melfa, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with a March 18 incident
Lance Carl Jester, 36, of Hallwood, attempted malicious wounding in connection with a June 3 incident
Jack Wesley Guemple, 24, of Parksley, two counts assault and battery of a police officer in connection with a May 17 incident involving two Accomack County Sheriff’s Office officers
Myron Hazzle Edwards II, 33, of Parksley, possession of cocaine in connection with a Feb. 10 incident
Anahin Maldonado Sanchez, 34, of Greenbush, burglary in connection with an incident on or between July 4 and 5
Pierce Scanlan, 39, of Exmore, convicted felon carrying a concealed weapon in connection with a July 31 incident
Aleakie Treontae Tazewell, 21, of Exmore, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with an Aug. 12 incident
Joseph Blake Widgeon, 57, of Chesapeake, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in connection with a Jan. 31 incident
Wendy Hammond, 51, homeless, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in connection with a Jan. 31 incident
