Coronavirus Case Reported at Kegotank Elementary

Staff Report —

Accomack County Public Schools Superintendent W.C. “Chris” Holland sent a letter to Kegotank Elementary parents Friday, Oct. 30, announcing a student or staff member had been diagnosed with coronavirus.

Holland emphasized that the school remains open, and the school division is working closely with the local health department “to identify any individuals who had close contact with the person to determine if they might have been exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19.”
