Dear Editor:
President Martin Van Buren was rudely nicknamed “His Rotundency” by his detractors because of his ample waist.
Likewise, John Tyler was derisively referred to as “His Accidency,” upon his ascendance to the presidency following William Henry Harrison’s death after just 30 days in office.
If, on January 20, Joe Biden is inaugurated to the nation’s highest office, “His Fraudulency” would be a highly appropriate — and well deserved – designation for the 46th president.
