Born in Bloxom, Auletha was the beloved daughter of the late Hezekiah Fletcher and the late Moveta Bell. Auletha worked in various fields throughout her lifetime. She was employed at Holly Farms, now Tyson Foods, Northampton-Accomack Memorial Hospital, as a certified nursing assistant, and lastly, she was a human resources clerk for over 20 years at Perdue Farms in Accomac, until she retired.
Private funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, at the Chapel of Cooper & Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac, with the Rev. Tamela P. Wise officiating. Interment was in the Macedonia Baptist Cemetery, Bloxom.
She leaves her love and fond memories to her husband, Orlander Jones; children, Saadia Davis, Natasha Davis, and Marva Davis; stepchildren, Olansca Baines, Shantell Baines, Orlander Jones Jr., Omarius Jones, and Okhayla Holloway; three grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; sisters, Connie Marshall, Avon Mason, Edwinda Johnson, Una Tucker, Diane Kellam, Marian Hall, and Elaine Satchell; brothers, Dinne Bell, Kerry Bell, Varry Bell, Lurell Justice, Maurice Fletcher, and Marvin Clayton; stepmother, Levolia Fletcher; four brothers-in-law; four sisters-in-laws; a goddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends.
