Mr. Tony Mason, of Bloxom, departed this life Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock.
Born in Nassawadox, Tony was the son of the late Clarence Mason Jr. and the late Dixie H. Mason. He was employed by Lucas Underground in Melfa.
Private funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, at the chapel of Cooper & Humbles Funeral Co., Accomac, with the Rev. Milton P. Bunting officiating. Interment was in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Bloxom.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories: his wife, Beatrice Mason; three children, Torrance Mason, Lakeva Mason, and Martrell Mason; three grandchildren; two sisters, Ineta McLaughlin and Alice Townsend; five brothers, Willie Mason, James Mason, Rudolph Handy, Roger Mason, and Tommy Mason; best friend, James Braxton; and a host of nephews, one niece, other relatives, and friends.
