Mr. William Stewart Jenkins, 59, husband of Valerie Ford Jenkins and a resident of Harborton, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022, at his residence. A native of Harborton, he was the son of William Ralph Jenkins, of Harborton, and the late Billye Sue Hopkins Powers. He was a retired truck driver.
In addition to his loving wife and father, he is survived by a son, Randy Green, and his fiancé, Ashley Nock, of Melfa; a stepgrandson, Kayden Nock; two aunts, Mary Ellen Belote and her husband, Ted, of Harborton, and Deloris Garrison, of Hampton; and numerous cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted Monday, Feb. 7, 2022, at 1 p.m., at Fairview Lawn Cemetery, with Pastor Rob Kelly officiating. Family joined friends at the funeral home Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
