Mrs. Racheal Mae Prichard went to rest on Feb. 27, 2022, just shy of her 95th birthday. She was born March 15, 1927, in Shenandoah, Va., and died peacefully on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

Racheal lived a full, happy, and healthy life enjoying her family and beloved Baltimore Orioles, Colts, and Ravens. Racheal had a quick wit, a hearty laugh, and a sharp mind, starting every day with the crossword and a cup of black coffee. She was loved by family and friends who hold fond memories of her world travels, Assateague Island camping trips, and bridge playing. Racheal was proudly independent and a full-time working mom at Equitable Trust Bank for 26 years.

Racheal is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Trelys Prichard, who passed away in 2001. She leaves a sister, Joan Galton, of Kingsville, Md., and three children: Dawn Diamond (Randy), of Machipongo, Gerald Prichard (Barbara), of Bulle Rock, Md., and Nancy Cannon (Kevin), of Machipongo. Racheal had four grandchildren: Jeff Diamond (Kelly), of Bethesda, Md., Nancy Offner (Mark), of Harleysville, Pa., Kastle Donovan (Garrett), of Annapolis, Md., and Nathan Cannon (Meredith), of Charlotte, N.C. She also loved seven great-grandchildren: Jessica Wears (William), of Baltimore, Julia Diamond, of Madison, Wis., Katie Offner, of Harleysville, Brian Diamond, of Eugene, Ore., Callum and Rory Donovan, of Annapolis, Md., and Joanna Cannon, of Charlotte, N.C.

The family will miss Racheal and cherish many everlasting memories. They wish her peace and happiness and thank everyone for the kindness to Racheal over the many years she graced their lives.
