Warriors Baseball Team Takes Down the Yellow Jackets

Northampton traveled to Onley on Tuesday to compete against a strong Nandua Warriors team. The Warriors’ offense was on fire throughout the game with multiple players racking up hits. Sophomore Isaac Stodghill got the win for Nandua. Stodghill pitched five innings giving up only one run on two hits while walking two and striking out 11. 

Offensively, the Warriors were led by Jacob Meilhammer and Reco Kellam with two hits each. Tyler Greene, Turner Saunders, Brandon Adamos, Chayce Wayman, Martin Savage, and RJ Guy each had one hit. 

The Yellow Jackets were led on offense by AJ Price with a double and Jayden Dilley with a single. Nandua pulled off an 18-1 victory over Northampton, extending its season record to 3-0.
