Nandua Warriors Win Regional Championship Game

The Nandua Warriors varsity boys soccer team hosted Bruton in the Class 2 Region A regional championship game Thursday, June 2. The Warriors won 3-0, scoring one goal in the first half and two in the second. 

Jerardy Velasquez, Will Harvie, and Odin Bolster scored one goal apiece. Bolden and Oscar Astave each earned one assist. Velasquez, Noah Montalvo, and Carlos Rodriguez had a strong showing defensively. Goalkeeper Austin Shrieves had a strong afternoon in the net.
