The Shore Little League major boys baseball team faced Aragona Pembroke in the Virginia District 8 Championship Tournament Thursday, June 30. The Shore team walked into the matchup coming off a 13-0 loss against Fleet Park. The team defeated Aragona 9-5.
The following night, the Shore major team faced Fleet Park in a rematch and came up short once again 2-0 and finished as the runner-up in the District 8 Tournament.
