Estate Planning Workshop

Join local attorney John P. Custis, Esq. for an Estate Planning Workshop held at the Museum of Chincoteague Island on January 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM. This workshop is FREE of charge and is hosted by the Museum and the Chincoteague Island Family YMCA.
Discuss and understand the importance of estate planning for both during and after life. The basic estate planning documents, including the Last Will and Testament, Durable General Power of Attorney, and Advance Medical Directive will be discussed, along with other estate planning topics such as a revocable trust and charitable giving.
John P. Custis is a local attorney practicing in both Virginia (with Custis, Dix, Lewis and Custis LLP) and Maryland (with Long, Badger and Sheller LLP), focusing on estate planning, estate administration, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and other corporate matters.
