The 100th Anniversary Committee of the Cape Charles Memorial Library proudly presents its final Celebration Friday on June 14 at 7 PM at the library. Narelle Kelvin will be sharing her journeys and adventures around the world. Whether it was building a womens training center in Kazakhstan or assisting in disaster relief around the world, Narelle and her family are all passionate about assisting people struggling in situations of abject poverty and facing challenging social issues. She has walked over 600 miles through France and Spain on the Camino De Santiago pilgrimage. She will be sharing some of
