Nurse Familly Partnership Meeting

The Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) Community Advisory Board will meet on January 26th at 8:30 a.m. at the Accomack County Health Department and virtually by Google Meet. The CAB is seeking volunteers from our community whether you are advocates for children and families, NFP graduates, representatives from faith-based organizations or community and neighborhood leaders.
We thank the community for their recent donations of fuzzy socks for our “Socks for Tots and Mom” drive and seek your continued support of our upcoming projects for the moms and babies.
The NFP CAB is a standing committee of the Community Partners of the Eastern Shore (CPES). NFP is an evidence-based, voluntary health program that helps transform the lives of vulnerable mothers and their children. Each first-time mother is partnered with a registered nurse and receives ongoing nurse home visits beginning early in the pregnancy and continuing through the child’s second birthday.
