Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled its next seminar, “The Greatest Science Fiction Story, and a Brief History of the Art” The free 90-minute seminar will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13, in Room 113 of the new building of the Eastern Shore Community College, 29300 Lankford Hwy., Melfa, VA 23410.
Josh Hall will discuss how for two centuries Science Fiction has provided us with a unique perspective on humanity’s prospects.
Hall is a retired scientist and writer
