Thursday, May 9 & 23 • 2 pm • Pocomoke Branch

Join psychotherapist Bevin Jones as she teaches skills and practices that bring you closer towards health and fulfillment goals. Learn ways to break cycles of stress, unhappiness and exhaustion. In this 6 week course, explore areas of mindfulness—such as meditation, nutrition, massage, body movement and more. Ms. Jones will be joined with other professionals throughout the course who will share their experience and expertise.
