The Eastern Shore Post is the only locally owned newspaper on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. It is published each Friday and 12,000 copies are distributed free to readers at hundreds of locations from Pocomoke, Md., and Chincoteague, Va., to Cape Charles, Va. Subscriptions are mailed every FRIDAY. They are sent via first class mail. The cost for a one-year subscription is $160; a six-month subscription is $85.

Our staff will contact you for payment, or call 757-789-7678 during business hours, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Thursday, and 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Friday.
